In Urban Areas:
- Nowhere in the State of Andhra Pradesh may the Recipient own a House or House Site.
- The recipient cannot have been a part of any State or Federal Government housing scheme in the past.
- The maximum amount of wet land or dry land that the recipient may possess is Ac. 2.5 cts or Ac. 5.00 cts.
- The household’s annual income (from all sources combined) shouldn’t be more than Rs. 3,00,000 (Rupees three lakhs only).
