Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana Registration: The government launched the Kanya Sumangala Yojana to encourage daughters. This Yojana was disclosed by the government in the February 7 budget. For this Yojana, the government has budgeted Rs 1200 crore.
The state government would offer financial support for girls’ marriage and schooling under this program. This is a really beneficial arrangement for daughters, who would receive Rs 15000 as payment. Only the accounts opened in the girl’s name would get this money.
About Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana
All daughters born after April 1, 2019, will be eligible to receive benefits under this Yojana. Under this arrangement, the daughter would receive Rs 15,000 per month from the time of her birth till her graduation. And an increasing number of impoverished daughters can profit from it. The beneficiary’s family’s income has improved from Rs 1.8 lakh to Rs 3 lakh as a result.
Under the Kanya Sumangala Yojana, the State Government has agreed to distribute this sum to the daughters in six payments.

Update On 13th March,2024: The Uttar Pradesh government has increased the Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana grant by Rs 10,000.
Recently, the Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana grant amount was increased by the Uttar Pradesh state administration, headed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. With effect from April, the authorities have increased the grant amount by Rs 10,000. For the financial year 2024–2025, the grant amount—which was previously fixed at Rs 15,000—will now be increased to Rs 25,000.

कन्या सुमंगला योजना का पैसा कब तक आएगा
Mukhya Mantri Kanya The Sumangala Yojana is divided into a total of six stages:
- A girl child born on or after April 1, 2019, would receive Rs 2,000 in this phase.
- Girls who were vaccinated between January 4, 2018, and January 4, 2019 and who were not born before April 1, 2018, fall into this category.
- Girls who enrolled in class 1 during the current academic year will get a payment of Rs 2000.
- Upon the girl child’s enrollment to Class 6 in the current academic session, she will get Rs. 2000.
- Upon the girl child’s enrollment to Class 9 for the current academic year, she would receive Rs 3,000.
- girls who are now enrolled in classes and who have completed their tenth and twelfth grades.
Having enrolled or are enrolled in a minimum two-year diploma program, the government will grant you Rs 5,000 under the Mukhya Mantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana.
N.B.: The Kanya Sumagala Yojana will benefit daughters born on or after April 1, 2019. From the time of birth until graduation entrance, the government would grant financial help of Rs 15,000.

Eligibility for the Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana
- The girl will not receive the marriage money until she has turned eighteen.
- The Kanya Sumangla Yojana will only benefit citizens of Uttar Pradesh.
- The Kanya Sumagala Scheme will benefit both girls in a family if there are two of them.
- Alternatively, the daughters who are born into the family as twins will be qualified for this program.
- A household will not be eligible for this initiative if there are three daughters.
- When a lady gives birth to a girl in her first delivery and two twin girls in her second delivery, the Kanya Sumangala Yojana will benefit all three girls as that family is eligible for the scheme.
- A family may benefit from having up to two daughters total, including the adopted daughter and her offspring, if they have adopted a daughter.
- In the event that a family has several beneficiaries, the Kanya Sumangala identity or registration number of the previously registered daughter must be included on the application form for the second daughter in order for the Family ID to be provided.
- In addition, the applicant must supply a PERMANENT WORKING MOBILE number at the time of application, to which the department will offer the appropriate registration number or registration ID.
- Giving an oath on the form’s format and attaching a self-attested, ink signature on stamp paper that is acceptable for ten rupees are required.

- For the Chief Minister Kanya Sumangala Yojana online application, go to https://mksy.up.gov.in.
- Next, select the “Citizen Services Portal (Click Here to Apply)”.
- Read the terms and conditions on the screen that appears now, choose “I Agree,” and press “Continue.”
- Upon selecting “Continue,” a Registration Form will appear, requiring you to fill out the necessary details.
- Once the form has been completed, click Generate OTP, check the declaration, and enter the provided CAPTCHA code.
- An OTP will then appear on the mobile number you provided; input it and click “Submit.”
- You can use the RESEND OTP option to send the OTP again if you do not receive the password.
- You will get your registration number after clicking on Verify & Signup and inputting the received OTP.

- Then submit the academic records for him together with a self-attested declaration form stamped with a Rs. 10 stamp.
- Once all the fields have been filled out, “submit” the form.
